Junk Journaling 101 

• This is an introductory workshop to explain what Junk Journaling can be for the individual. Its a hands on workshop working with mixed medias. Participants do not have to bring anything to the workshop. We will show you from scratch how it works with the supplies we bring with us. 

• It is a 2 hour workshop

Junk Journaling Themed Workshops

• Experienced journalers will bring supplies to share and trade. Beginners are always welcome. These will be focused on a theme for the duration. We will provide a themed packet for participants and guide layouts. 

• Typically a 2 hour workshop

Intuitive Painting 

"Paint without knowing" 

• This workshop is to help participants loosen perfectionism and trust their instincts. We will create a painting through experimentation rather than planning.  It is a guided time of exploration thinking through colors and emotions. Supplies will be provided.

Trash to Treasure Workshop

• This will be a hands on workshop using materials that can be reused creatively. 

• These are typically themed around a particular item.  Supplies will be provided. Sometimes participants may be asked to bring an item with them.

Guided Meditation Through Color Workshop

• We will explore creative hands on art making that combines writing, reflection, and storytelling . We will use prompts for writing to generate ideas and explore the connection between images, emotions, and words. This is not about being perfect but being expressive. Art supplies will be provided.
